Terms and Conditions for “Commonwealth Fest”

Ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather, and no precautions can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers (collectively, the “Risks”) arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted.

The holder of this ticket voluntarily waives any and all claims and potential claims against Bellforge Arts Center, MusicSpace; Redefined LLC, 7Sharp, and all of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Releasees”), as well as any entities or individuals affiliated or under common control with any of the Releasees including, but not limited to, their employees, officers, directors, sponsors, partners, licensees, agents and designees relating in any way to the Risks.

Once you purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Bellforge Arts Center on behalf of Commonwealth Fest. Tickets purchased from any other website or platform are not valid.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Ticket Sales and Entry:
1.1 Tickets will only be sold online at commonwealthfest.com and bellforge.org.
1.2 There are no refunds or exchanges once a sale is completed.
1.3 Lost tickets can be resent to the email provided during purchase. Please contact customer support for assistance.
1.4 Re-entry will not be permitted once a ticket holder leaves the festival.

Event Timing:
2.1 The festival will take place on September 16 and 17 from 12pm to 7pm.
2.2 The line-up and performance timings are subject to change.

Right to Refusal:
The festival management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with reasonable requests.

Conduct:
4.1 Attendees are expected to foster good vibes and respectful behavior.
4.2 Violence, threatening behavior, underage drinking, drug use, and smoking/vaping are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion from the festival without refund.

Security Measures:
5.1 Attendees will be required to go through metal detectors and may be subject to additional security checks.
5.2 Ticket holders found in violation of these security measures will be removed from the festival.

Liability and Responsibilities:
6.1 Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
6.2 The festival organizers will not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of personal property.

Prohibited Items:
7.1 Guns, knives, any weapons, drugs, and outside food or drink are strictly prohibited.

Vendors and Services:
8.1 Food vendors, full-service bars, and merchandise vendors will be present at the festival.
8.2 First Aid trained professionals will be on-site for medical emergencies.

Data Protection:
9.1 By purchasing a ticket, the buyer consents to being contacted by the festival for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Acceptance of Risk:
10.1 By attending the festival, all attendees assume all risk incidental to the event and release event organizers, sponsors, performers, and their respective companies from all claims related to or arising out of the event or the attendee’s presence at the event.
